Jan has worked in radio for 28 years, and has done voice work in the corporate world and for non-profit organizations for 16 years. She graduated from Kansas State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Journalism, with an emphasis in radio and television.
She was the voice talent for a Silver Telly award-winning corporate training video. Other highlights in her voice career include work for the National Jewish Medical and Research Center in Denver, and Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles. She is also a Kansas Association of Broadcasters award winner, as well as an Ad Federation award winner.
She is a former News and Public Affairs Director and EEO Officer, and currently co-hosts the "Jan and Phil" morning show on KFXJ.
